Stephanie has a unique understanding of the challenges faced by nonprofit leaders. Before joining TWC in the fall of 2024, she served for over a decade as the executive director of a pro-life political organization.

In 2018, when her organization was facing significant chaos that her MBA couldn’t address, she enlisted the help of Kyle Neilson to enhance her leadership skills. Their partnership sparked a transformative renewal of the organization’s culture and capacity, ultimately leading to a threefold increase in its revenue.

Now, Stephanie is eager to assist other nonprofit organizations by sharing the tools and strategies that once revolutionized her leadership.
