I love helping people to see the potential that they and their teams have to achieve more, to do it with excellence, and to have fun doing it.

My career has taken me into the worlds of social service, church, military, and higher education—all over the world. I have been involved in leadership in numerous non-profits in Canada and the USA either as an executive or board member. And it is abundantly clear to me that almost every leader and organization is leaving a lot of opportunity for growth on the table.

Several years ago, Kyle and I worked together. I was even his boss for a time. Together, we mapped out many of the frustrations that organizations face, especially ambitious ones. And we went searching for ways to overcome those frustrations and achieve our organization’s goals. 

Soon, Kyle was introducing me to the Evangelium Consulting Group and their great work in unlocking organizational potential. I almost followed him into consulting—but I was already committed to implementing organizational health principles and practices in my workplace. Instead, I became Kyle’s first client. 

Skip ahead a few years, and I am excited to join Kyle’s team. I am eager to come alongside leaders to co-create the pathways to excellence for their organizations.
