Recently I wrote about some key differences between my wife and me. As a Wonder/Galvanizer in the Working Genius framework, I naturally operate at a higher “altitude”: say 20,000” above ground level. By “higher” I don’t mean better, just distinct. My wife on the other hand, as an Enablement/Tenacity mix, likes to operate on or near the ground: she’s a classic “implementer.”
